There are two Irelands:
1. Normal paddies who think all immigration is good since they have big tech employed neighbours who are polite and pay their bills.
2. Poor paddies on perma-dole who blame immigrants instead of working their asses off for a day in their lives. Ironically their kids commit most of the crime including, but not limited to, beating Indians.

But to answer your question, beating Indians shouldn't be a crime.
