The USA doesn't produce enough people in the tech fields because americans are retarded and lazy. So they use H1B to open up the labor market for those roles abroad. Even the top 0.5% of indian tech nerds quadrouples the size of the hiring pool in the USA. This ensures that the entitled tech nerds already in the american market get kept in their place and can't keep demanding raises, because now there is a supply of cheaper replacements.

It's astounding he doesn't make his employees shop at the company store. It's not just Elon, it's endemic. The boomer minimum wage was $100/hr equivalent to costs of today. Most careers had pensions. As time passes, the elites take a little bit more here and a little bit more there, and we keep coming to work instead of burning their houses down. Call me kooky, but I think we should respond a little differently then we do.
