Mexico and Brazil would fuck the US at the first chance they get if they thought they could get away with it. This would likely cause other South American countries to pile on and scare away US support in the continent since everyone would be seeing which way the wind was blowing. that said there could be some hold out that would use the opportunity to attack their neighbours.
>Africa
With the recent flare up of anti-French / EU / West sentiment, as well as Eastern backing many countries would likely make the most of the situation. It would be like South America but more Eastern orientated.
>Europe
There is a great over estimation of the simple ability to fight on the US's side, let alone the willingness to fight. For instance the Balts have populations lower than big cities.

The Sunni countries will back the US and Israel only if they think they can't get away with fucking them and they can't keep other religions down without them.

Afghanistan. Pakistan is a true wild card since they only exist thanks to US backing, but again self interest will rule which is why they are trying to move East. India is not about to surround itself with enemies, nor will it avoid a chance to benefit economically or politically. Also aside from Australia and South Korea it is doubtful that the other blue countries will jump into the wood chipper no less stay in the wood chipper at the US's insistence.
