Do a lot of of them work really hard? Absolutely. Every generation has hard workers but it's safe to say boomers have more grinders than most generations younger than them.

But they are stupid because they fail to understand that every generation after them gets less and less for working hard. Everything is more expensive and pay has stagnated. You need to work 10x as hard to get 1.5x the reward.
