Yes. Actually, I know I am.
For much of my life I tried to stay humble and appreciate what other people had to offer as much as I can, but even in advanced classes and accelerated programs I could tell I was a big fish in the small pond. Everything I was told I'd be moving to a big pond where I'd be a small fish, it didn't materialize. I'm more adaptable than other people. I learn faster than other people. I understand reality and interconnections more thoroughly and fundamentally than other people are capable of. I can think circles around coworkers, family, anybody I meet.
Eventually I could either stay in denial forever or live confidently with the truth about myself and fully leverage it.
