The rest I agree with mostly. This could be imposed with a central world government, or it could be achieved by diplomacy and alliances. I'm in favor of the latter.

IMO, there is no need for a world government in a Natsoc world because the inferior nations (i.e. those incapable of producing a nobility from within) will fall and/or get conquered. Not one complains about having good neighbors, people only get agitated when the neighborhood goes to shit.
