You can put down 2.5% on a home RIGHT FUCKING NOW on some dinky 1 bedroom apartment in a city like Dallas or Houston for 200k using a first time home buyer FHA loan. Yes it'll be small and diny, yes you will be paying the mortgage Jew and mortgage insurance Jew, but you'll own something that basically operates as a pseudo bank accounts you pay off the mortgage. Even in big cities like Los Angeles you can find tiny places like this. They'll be in the 300k range but if you have a decent job you can afford it.
