Like IQ? You mean that metric that's made solely to find out if someone is retarded and has no meaning over like 85? You can increase your IQ substantially just by drilling tests, it's a standardized test. Much like PISA scores it was politicized by economists (like the OECD) to favor certain educational curriculum that teach what they want. Do you like having economists dictate education? Do you think all of education amounts to a holistic blob of trivia? IQ tests aren't used in any clinical capacity outside of finding out if someone is retarded, if you score below a certain amount you can't join the military and can qualify for certain welfare programs. If IQ was real why do rural Asians have like 85 IQ while ones in the cities are 20 points higher? Why was most of Asia in Sub-Saharan African conditions until they decided to destroy their old culture and westernize?

Because they train for the tests. This allows them to do better at the test without increasing their general intelligence. A perfect IQ test shouldn't give an advantage to someone who has already trained for it, but IQ tests aren't perfect.
