>>512344990 (OP)I eat it 3-4 times a week typically. At least 1-2 throughout the week and often a slice or two on the weekends. I've been thinking about getting my own pizza stone. I dunno, prepping the dough seems like a lot of work. Like when I want pizza I want pizza, ya know? So I'd either have to prepare the dough several days in advance and have it ready when I want it or have to go through this whole long fiasco to prepare a pizza I hope I still want it hours later when part of the appeal has always been the convenience i.e. I can order one and have a whole meal for cheap ready by the time I pick it up. I really gotta find or craft a good pizza recipe though. I think I'm more of a sauce guy than a cheese guy, so I'd have to learn to make my own sauce from scratch. The funny thing is I hate tomatos, but I think the sauce makes the pizza and the crust. I'm pretty simple and just like pepperoni & black olive, but sometimes I like to branch out with a "green" pizza, so like pesto, and do something more mediterranean/vegetarian. I would eat pizza even more if I had a good pizza stone, a few basic recipes, and a little more patience when it comes to making dough and letting it rise. Imagine if I could just fill my fridge with premade pizzas to eat all week. It really is one of my staple foods.
