it won't happen in capitalism or even in communism so from what I understand, first you will have capitalism flood the west with pajeets and africans, then they might manage to overthrow it when there is nothing left to import, turn it into something resembling communism but communism will just fix inequality and birth rates will still be collapsing and no one will do anything.
