He'd have to overturn the 22nd ammendment, it's term limit is 10 years but it also has a stipulation that you can only selected to the presidency twice. You can't ask the courts to overturn it, you need states to ratify an ammendment. The only way that is in any way feasible is to have Obama declare he would run to oppose Trump getting blue states to ratify.
