>Only 100g of protein
Saar needs at least 150 grams of protein per day. His T-levels are probably completely shot but he can probably hop on some peptides or some shit if he doesn't want to see an endocrinologist

There are a lot of jeets at the gym I go to. At a glance they look like they're putting in the work and being consistent because I see them pretty much every time I go(4x a week) but they look pretty much the same since I started going to that gym like a year ago. I think a lot of them probably get protein from like lentils and shit. Don't know if it's less bioavailable or what but it's not working for them

Holy shit I have experienced the same thing. Give Indians come to my gym regularly. I see them everyday, they workout hard and are consistent. Still, it’s like they have the same exact body since I first saw them almost two years ago. Must be either their diet or intensity because before I understood that you need a good diet and to train for intensity I had the same body for 2 years too.
Redditors be like >I condemn all racism but I have to say I hate these filthy street shitting Indians that created an ethnic cartel in my company and destroyed it

HeMs probably just lying, I had pretty huge improvement after 2 years.
I didn't look like a bodybuilder, but my arms got 2 inches bigger, my shirts are all a size smaller and I became healthy/haven't been sick for 2 years.

Chances are he wasn't challenging himself, which is one of the biggest suspects of lack of muscle gain for people who claim they hit the gym. He also sounds really impatient. If he wants a chiseled body, he's looking at years of dedication. >run 3 times a week
Cardio is good for you, but why does he state this? How is this helping him with gaining muscle?

That's exactly it. Moreover a vegetarian diet still needs eggs and dairy to get essential amino acid from animal products, as plants don't have them.
