But I can say as someone that smoked since the early 80's that once I switched off cigarettes to vaping....after a month or two I stopped waking up every morning feeling like the back of my throat had 2nd degree burns and my energy and strength levels have gotten quite a bit better as well and my smokers cough has all but disappeared.
So there have obviously been some physical changes in the last year that are directly noticeable.
