**Certa Intelligence & Security** (or simply Certa) has a leadership structured as follows:

**Co-founder, Director, and Partner Jakob Scharf:**
*Jewish* and Zionist, with close ties to Israel. Worked closely with Mossad during his time as head of PET (Danish Security and Intelligence Service).

**Co-founder, Director, and Partner Jakob Dreyer:**
Trained in Israeli martial arts for 15 years and is, among other things, a member of the Danish Order of Freemasons.

**Chairman of the Board Jacob Bier:**
Has a predominantly Jewish surname as well as a Jewish sister.

**Board Member Lennart Lajboschitz:**
Jewish and founder of the Flying Tiger retail chain, which also operates in Israel.

**Jakob Scharf**
Jakob Scharf is a prime example of a Zionist working against his homeland, and one might speculate that he is one of the main architects behind Denmark’s influence operations.

He has written that Certa’s main mission is to convince countries that the radical Islamic threat is real, which plants the perfect seeds in people’s minds to carry out influence operations.

Beyond all the evidence suggesting he has conducted a series of influence operations, he also speaks negatively about right-wing groups such as Generation Identitaire, which advocates for stopping the "white replacement" (white replacement theory).

Scharf was also active during the Muhammad cartoon crisis while serving as PET chief from 2007—two years after the publication of the cartoons.

In another equally suspicious case, Scharf was primarily responsible for arresting five alleged Islamic terrorists, whom he suspected were connected to an actual terrorist who, in fact, was working for the U.S. DEA. The five terrorists have since been released.

Scharf has also made strange statements about Al-Qaeda, admitting that they essentially have free rein in Denmark, while PET is busy terror-labeling T-shirt sellers and Kurdish TV stations.**

**Al-Qaeda fighters are currently streaming from Denmark to Syria to arm themselves and carry out acts of terror against Syrian society. PET itself admits to *Jyllands-Posten* that at least 80 people are involved.**

**And in response, Jakob Scharf tells *Jyllands-Posten*:**

*"We have to acknowledge that we find it difficult to convince the young people not to go once they’ve made up their minds."*

**Convince them of what? Is this a joke?**

**Convince the young not to go? Convince Al-Qaeda not to commit terror? Convince murderers not to kill? Is he a police officer or a social worker?"**

A man named Morten Storm, who has revealed that he infiltrated Al-Qaeda, has also claimed that Scharf allegedly recruited him to do so, thereby feeding PET—and even the CIA—information about Al-Qaeda’s future plans.

Although Scharf’s predecessor as PET chief, Hans Jørgen Bonnichsen, has confirmed Scharf’s role, Scharf denies any connection to Storm. Infiltrating terrorist groups is, incidentally, a necessary precondition for influence operations.
