Well arguments in federal appeals started a week ago, they will likely also rule against the tariffs. They may or may not continue to allow them to go on until SCOTUS tho. And SCOTUS will for sure properly rule that the president doesn't have the power to put tariffs on countries because he's made about their stance on israel, or thinks there's a trade imbalance.
