Reality is that ACTUAL Americans work real hard.
Some are blue collar white folks, some are smart AF East Asian American, others are white South African innovators, some are cheap but worth is SAAAR JEETS with H1B visas, some are hard working illegal mexicans, and yes even some blacks but they usually operate in the music/dance/sports area.
