There are only two reasons why pop decline is a bad thing for the Jews.
The first is that the various social services that are keeping old people placated and young people foolishly hopeful for a nice retirement absolutely require an abundance of labour to pay for it.
I heard the other week that to pay for 1 social security pensioner you need 8 full time workers paying taxes.
Without those workers, old Betty can't get her retirement benefits.
This means that either the social security system must collapse, or you bring workers in to delay the collapse for as long as possible, as Hindu and Muslim and black labourers are a net cost to the economy, not a benefit.
It must be maintained, because when it falls, everyone will reject gouvernment and the politicians and the bankers, and everyone will be mad and the jig is up.
The second reason is that every registered citizen is in effect being traded as collateral for national debts.
If you are a country with too much national debt, registering a couple million citizens will resolve that problem, as the promise of taxes paid by the new citizens is leveraged before those taxes actually get generated in wealth and then stolen from that wealth.
The problem is that Japan has a lot of bonds with the US, and they'll go bankrupt if the bonds become worthless, since those are used in debt trades too.
How would they become worthless? If the US defaults, the dollar crashes.
And how does the US default? By not having enough registered citizens to shoulder the national debt burden.
Rather convenient then, that over 40 million unregistered citizens are there waiting to be pardoned into legal residency, then citizenship.
Japan doesn't have such an easy border to cross so they need a more open official "pls come in" policy to achieve the same thing, fattening the grease so it can keep frying gentile children and foreskin for the Jew.
