He will call his staff very early in the morning and outworks them and its very grueling for normal people who need 8hr of sleep and will get lethargic if they only eat McDonald's. The stated explanation is that it is genetic that he only needs 4hr and its some gene variant that not many people have where they only need 4hr of sleep. He's not normal or a "regular guy"
