I worked my first job at Domino's where I was the only white person. All of the staff was Indian, even the people who worked other ays were Indian. The only non Indians were one black person and one Viet and they worked different shifts.

My boss was Indian, all my co workers were Indian. They all spoke in their language and I couldn't understand them, it was very isolating. That being said, they were pretty nice to me though and they thought I knew everything because I was white and Canadian. Boss was an Indian, he gave me special treatment because I was white but sometimes he would be really pissed and get mad at all of us.

It's just a really alienating experience, all indian staff, speaking their own language, one of them barely knows English, no idea how they got the job. it was weird

There is nothing worse than being isolated within a workplace due to foreigners. I remember walking to a job agency once, there was a line of foreigners outside, I just turn around and walked the other way.
