The investment firms bought treasuries from the state as investments, which the state used to pay special pensions to politicians, judges, prosecutors, police, basically to the zog-aparat.
So they invested in some old people's pensions, mainly the zogbots.
Pilon 2 became pilon 1 with extra steps.
There's no way for the state to pay back the money of pilon 2 to the investment firms, unless they tax the people more to cover both the special pension that were already paid and the future special pensions that are going to continue being paid.

No idea if you can choose the private firm, maybe you can, but they're forced by law to invest 70% into the state, so it doesn't really matter who does it. The illusion of choice.

Anyway bottom line is at the very least we need to individualy file lawsuits against them. Pension lawsuits are not required to pay judicial stamp tax and in civil matters you don't need a lawyer you can represent yourself. There are even websites teaching you how to do it! If 100k pissed of people per major town file a lawsuit that would at least put strain on the judicial system and send a signal - we're taking no shit!
