There's plenty of vids on YouTube where you can see how to trade using them. Spend time learning what scam coins look like before buying anything. Only trade coins that have bonded if you're buying Solana shitcoins. When looking for good entries into coins, wait for a 2nd higher high after a dip

That's not what a wash sale. A wash sale is when you sell at a loss, then repurchase the same stock or a substantial equivalent within 30 day period--the loss is then disallowed on your taxes. If you sell at a profit and then reenter within 30 days, you pay taxes on the profit and the re-entered position makes no difference to that.

Also, reinvestment can be from dividends or interest received.

Literally all you have to do to make money on short trades is to read the newspaper. Yes. Everyday there are articles in the business and news section to do with major companies. For example VW might be having some safety recall scandal. It’s all over the news. Look at the shares and they will drop $20-30 or whatever increment. Buy some. Hang on to it for a couple months until the scandal dies down. Shares recover. Sell. Do it again with the next blue chip company.


One year before christmas time Home Depot was hit with a huge front page article about their problem with shoplifting. Shares were down a lot like $50 a share. I bought. A couple months later sold for $70 a share more than where I bought.
