Hello meme flag 1pbtid. I would like to explain to you why construction of new units is stopping. Prices are have plateaued.
Builders build enthusiastically when they think they can sell high and make a lot of money from building. When they realize they will have razor thin margins or even lose money, they stop building. When they have 9 months supply unsold, they stop building.
It's not my neighbors stopping building nation wide.
It's not local government stopping building nation wide.
It's builders and people who finance builders who are stopping building nation wide.
