>>512658357 (OP)Everyone is different, but you're HIGHLY UNLIKELY to experience any serious adverse effects of smoking a cigar once or twice a month. It's not GOOD for you, but it's not going to do noticeable damage if you're not an athlete. If you have a weak heart, do not smoke anything with nicotine ever. High blood pressure is probably fine to smoke a cigar once a month.
Cigars are very enjoyable, probably to most people, and they taste and smell excellent compared to cigarettes.
Cigars are worse than cigarettes if you inhale the smoke, which you should not do, but they are less addictive. And even inhaling the smoke from an entire cigar once or twice a month will not do anything to you (unless you're an athlete.)
Don't EVER smoke cigarettes or vapes, it's the worst habit to kick, harder than any other substance on the planet. It's not the nicotine that is hard to kick, it's the physical act of daily smoking that is; and it's relatively cheap and always available to you.
tldr; Yes, you should indulge in a cigar occasionally if you want to, but don't ever smoke cigarettes or vape. Vaping won't kill you, but it's a dogshit habit that is a nightmare to quit, and it's still bad for your lungs and vocal cords 40 years down the line.
