There is no international trade without the USA allowing it by not actively sabotaging the just-in-time supply chain. Chinaโ€™s economy is export oriented as a result of their inverted demographic pyramid. China will collapse after the USA sabotages international shipping by no longer policing sea lanes while arming pirates. All nations must be on board for the just-in-time supply chain to function. Any disruption no matter how small is catastrophic. One bad actor can ruin it for everyone.

You do realize that the vast majority of China's economy relies on foreign consumption of their cheap goods... and the overwhelming majority of those goods are sold to the USA, right? You do also know that a country can't just magically create a consumerbase equal in size to the US in... well, literally anywhere else in the world, right? You don't just conjure up the world's largest consumer economy out of thing air. Why do you think that, despite all of China's bluster, it doesn't actually DO anything to the US whatsoever? Regardless of whether our two governments hate each other or not, China's relies on our consumption, and our retarded population relies on their cheap shit.
>>512663436
While there's some truth to what you're saying, this sort of thing only matters if your one and only option LEGITIMATELY treats you like shit. Contrary to what retards abroad like to screech about, the US largely doesn't fuck with its actual partners or those that rely on it outside of tit-for-tat bullshit.

The dollar is fucking worthless, what does it matter how many fun bucks you get for it.

the big issue is that if China immediately turns off the manufacturing faucet, some Asian middle man like Vietnam or Thailand will start purchasing Chinese goods at a higher rate and re-selling it at a markup to Americans, thus getting rich on Chinese goods, similar to how Europe buys

The US would never sabotage international trade because consumerism keeps America together. There were riots and looting the moment toilet paper was running low. America has no threat of foreign invasion, but only of mass civil unrest. Other nations will face hardship together, the US profiteers and turns to identity politics and destruction.

The basic mistake you are making is assuming economic variables are static, while they are obviously dynamic. It's a mistake people are making with China, and a mistake people have made with Russia, which made them believe Russia would collapse after Western sanctions.

The idea that only Americans can buy the plastic shit made in China is patently absurd.
It's a market, a big market, an important market for sure. But if it was gone overnight, every other economy will adapt. Some companies will go bankrupt for sure, but that's actually how capitalism is supposed to work. Over time, resources will find an alternative use.

It's ironic that Westerners have forgotten how capitalism works.

yeah I already know. The question is what's China going to do next.
The big issue we have nowadays is that America injects capital into places it wants to rule
>Hey guy, want some free dollars :^) no strings attached buckaroo
And gets nations hooked on it's monetary control

China on the other hand is trying to compete by saying
>Hey guy, want some factories built?
Which increases a nations ability to develop infrastructure and goods on itself

But most people more often than not just decide to take the free money because
>Dude it's free money
And many leaders don't give a shit about their nations. Which puts china in a bit of a bind.
Hence their goal is to try to form enough allies and remove poisonous dollars entirely from any form of intra-trade

even their own population figures are mere estimates
there are even rumors that there are over 100 million undocumented chinese citizens without id cards
if they can't even accurately calculate their own population
you can't trust the country's economic indicators or statistics
former chinese general secretary hu jintao, who suffered under xi jinping last year, even said that china's poor unofficially account for more than half of the country's total population
