There are a lot of Subject Matter Experts, such as attorneys, academic scholars, and politicians, that are smart and discreet enough to know: *Not* to spend a lot of time on Twitter pontificating about whatever-news every 12 hours i.e. these types of people, that yes would and do have worthwhile comments/contributions to make, only do so every few months or a couple times per year, keep their accounts relatively inactive.
But when you're a social media or streamer e-celeb, being online every 2 hours to react to the latest whatever or be involved in the latest coliseum brawl, it becomes an integral part of your business model.
Trump was the one, who genius-originated the idea of using Twitter specifically as a platform to call out and bash people, harass them, have ideological / cultural clashes and spats with them. Problem is: not everyone is DJT
