>>512778162here's a quick tl;dr rundown I saw earlier on /int/
"I looked into who AIPAC's biggest donors are, and ironically, they don't come from the Israeli state, because then they would have to register under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), which they don't. It's the super-rich in the US who donate to AIPAC, and with that money, AIPAC lobbies by destroying opponents in elections with negative campaigns and by pumping money into people who are pro-Israel, or at least neutral.
If you look at AIPAC's top donors, they include: Jan Koum (billionaire, Ukrainian-Jewish entrepreneur and co-owner of WhatsApp), Miriam Adelson (Jewish billionaire and also Trump's biggest donor), and Paul Singer (Jewish hedge fund manager). They are all billionaires, but donate paltry sums of $1 to $3 million to campaigns. And then I wonder, why aren't there Arab lobbies that simply counter AIPAC by throwing more money at it? You could literally stop all this Palestine nonsense by throwing more money at US campaigns, thus reducing AIPAC's influence and potentially supporting Israel. Yes, Jews are rich, but Arabs are richer."
The Arab lobby in USA isn't as strong. Arabs don't care about politics, they are more interested in football clubs and yachts and shit. AIPAC has a monopoly in USA for buying over political campaigns.
It's not that the Arabs can't, they too like an oppressed Palestine because a democratic stable Palestine would mean a shitstorm for other Arab countries and could lead to Arab Spring 2.0.
