It's not jamming antenna. Both vehicles are part of one system. The tank is hybrid with unmanned option, and the armored thingy is the control center for this purpose.

I am in no way in support of Russia, but I'm suprised that they haven't figured out you can throw a ~1m stick or branch at an FPV drone and detonate it from a distance of >10m or more...not perfect, but better than nothing.
