>>512870045Russia had to deactivate Europe's biggest nuclear power plant because Ukraine kept shelling it and blaming it on Russia.
For people with smooth brains, Russia captured the Zaporizhzhia power plant in 4 March 2022. In August, Ukraine shelled the active power plant, which led to the 12 August extraordinary UN meeting where the Third World condemned the attack and the First World blamed it on Russia, either calling it a false flag (not even joking) or saying it was Russia's fault because they were there.
On 3 September 2022 an IAEA delegation visited the plant after being invited by the Russian government, and upon the discovery of their presence, Ukraine started to shell them again, which led to both IAEA and the Red Cross to condemn Ukraine's acts, which they claim were caused by Russia (I am not making this shit up)...
Over the course of the year, Ukraine made a few attempts to recapture the power plant, trying to cross the river, but every single one of those operations failed, leaving the Dniper River filled with bodies in one of those occasions.
In 6 June 2023 Ukraine blew up the dam that was used to cool the reactors and forced Russia to do an emergency shutdown.
Again, Ukraine blamed it on Russia...
