My understanding is that due to lack of ID laws, they can, and given that democrat states/cities not only blatently ignore immigration laws, but encourage and assist in the breaking of said laws, its not really a stretch to think they would also help/turn a blind eye to illegals voting. Since many have committed SS fraud "they pay taxes!" they also likely commit voter fraud in a similar manner, or the people who sell/give them SS#'s and so on are just registering and voting by mail in ballot for them.
