What about Odessa? I'm not hearing her name in any of this. Will the Russians just leave it under occupation?

Odessa is majority pro-Russian. Not being talked about much because if they take it then Ukraine is forever cut off from the black sea. It's the crown jewel.

So far this has not been a war over gaining territory. It's been about destroying the Ukraine army, both its personnel and it's ability to wage war. 1.8 million dead Ukrainians and probably 180thousand Russian dead. This disparity in casualties is only increasing as the Ukrainians's ability to fight without air cover and even air defense is becoming more and more pronounced. The war is over, the Ukrainian army is falling apart exhausted (no attempts to cycle soldiers out from the front for R&R for 3 years of intense murderous warfare). Suddenly the Russians are making 7km deep incursions with recon and sabotage units to trap and destroy the remaining Ukrainian forces.

The war is going to end with the Russians seizing the rest of Ukraine's Black Sea coast and yes, grab the Russian city of Odessa and also make a safe corridor from Russia to its enclave of Transnistria.

When this war is over Russia will hold Odessa and Transnistria permanently.
