Could acne be due to bacteria or some sort of infection? I used to get loads of pimples on my back unless I had an ultra clean diet, even into my mid 20s. Even drinking milk gave me acne. Then I got adult chickenpox and my bodily acne pretty much all disappeared within a month and I consume whatever I want and still have good skin. Is it possible the pox, or my body's reaction to it, "killed" the bacteria or whatever is causing the acne?
