I've taken several IQ tests as an adult and scored right around 128 on all of them. I also asked it to guess my MBTI personality type and it got it correct. What are the political implications of AI accurately assessing people's IQ's and personality types based on conversation history? How will governments leverage this against us?

I work with AI for a living, I certainly know how they work. LLM's are neither smart nor stupid. They don't "think" the way humans think. They simply produce the most likely response given a prompt. The accuracy of their response is contingent on the quantity and quality of the data they've been trained on, and the data they have available to them. In this case, they have a fairly extensive chat history to sift through (including things like my vocabulary, my logic abilities, my interest, my line of work, etc.) which is what allows them to come up with an accurate response.

But the point of this thread isn't about you or me. It's about how governments can/will use psychological profiles of people.

A fun game to play is to find an outdated model and ask it to predict world events that will happen after its frame of reference has ended. You'll be surprised how much it gets right on how little information.
