My girlfriend and I both work in the NHS as doctors, both of us do our best to conserve the hospitals budget whenever we can, ie. not disposing 150+ pound equipment after a single use which many junior doctors (the majority being non-white) don't give a flying fuck about. Or asking patients to buy their own paracetamol tabs which cost like 30-40 pence in store while the hospital is billed 15+ pounds for every pack. Recently I reported a Nigerian ophthalmologist that kept botching cataract surgeries just to save time, literally giving people permanent, irreversible eye damage.

There is something called "positive action", which is for all intents of purposes the same thing. Equality Act 2010 and stuff.
