Murder rate is not a good proxy for crime, not all murders are the same and some are justified. European agencies always want to use murder rates because it makes their crime rates look lower than Americas. UK and France’s robbery rate is higher than the US. Having a very low murder rate can just be a sign that people are too much of cowards to use violence to solve serious disputes, some people just deserve to be murdered, so if the rate is relatively low, it’s not a big deal. Robbery rates are the best proxy for crime that actually affects normal people, and California has the highest robbery rate in the nation

With a population of 103,000 blacks and 72,000 whites (hispanic included), these can be attributed murder arrest rates per 100,000 as 100,000/103,000 = .97, .97 * 45 = 43.6, at the 6th slot in a list of countries by homicide rate, or just below South Africa at 45.5 and above Haiti at 41.2.

The whites (hispanic included), with 5 murders for a population of 72,000, can be attributed murder arrest rates at 100,000/72,000 = 1.39, 1.39 * 5 = 6.95, which in a list of countries by homicide rate would be #53, just below Paraguay with 6.96 and above Russia with 6.79.

On paper White crime is 4x higher than Asian Crime, Hispanics are 4x higher than Whites, and blacks are 4x higher than Hispanics. Thats not taking into consideration that Hispanics are listed as Whites a lot of the time so I would put Whites just a little higher than Asians instead of 4x higher.

I think all crime across across all races would be significantly lower if the Black crime was removed. The Black crime is so rampant and random that it rubs off on the other races as a survival mechanism. Humans are being forced to share a cage with violent primates, so they become more primitive.
