I generally think that Poland should take on itself the biggest burden of war in Ukraine or maintaining hypothetical peace. It benefits the most out of all countries in the world by hosting the biggest number of precious Ukrainians who contribute massively to unprecedented economical success of Poland. Polish army, according to official communication of Polish governments PR units is third biggest and strongest in NATO, and such noticable strenght characteristic for major regional powers should be compatibile with respinsibilities steming from NATO membership. Finally, accumulated value of military contracts Poland signed with the US since 2015 is circa $100bln, exactly as much as Trump expects from entire Europe to spend on American military hardware, according to latest USA-EU deal. Poland could send most of this equipment to Ukraine along with its troops or support Ukrainian armed forces by donating some of this weapon.
