But he absolutely has more legitimacy to be in his position than the blackmailed pedophile foreign asset squatting in the White House.
That's before we get into the broader question of why the fuck the United States of America would care about Venezuela in the first place. Who cares? They are an irrelevant country who can't challenge us militarily and actually have consistent food shortages despite being a large country in the Western hemisphere. The industrialized exploitation of domestic US shale oil basically wiped out a huge portion of their oil sector (without even getting into increased electrification).
Why is this irrelevant country even something we need to talk about or care about? Republicans are the ones who keep flooding our country with Venezuelans anyway, in their non-stop effort to give people "freedom from communism".
