I’m from the Philippines and I will finally graduate in a few months.
I’ve been studying at the University of Prešov since 2019 (Nursing).
I’m eligible for a free scholarship in either America or Austria for my master’s degree.

Do you desire to live among a filipino diaspora, because there are tons in the USA. In Austria and much of europe you will have a very limited community except for certain hotspots.

If he moves to the US, I would recommend either the NYC/NJ/Conn. area or Texas. Do not move to California if you wanna be racially profiled by ICE

European countries are actively recruiting in the Philippines for certain jobs. If you want to work as a nurse, driver, or other manual labor jobs, money should not be the issue.
The German government even pays for your education and livelihood during that time.
