Not yet. Give it another few decades. South Africa is a bit like when you give a well engineered high quality car to a retard. It was so well built, so well designed, that it can cope with the retard failing to do even the most basic maintenance and driving it around like a fuckhead over rough dusty tracks for years. It will just keep chugging along even though the oil was never changed, the air filter never replaced, one of the cylinders doesn't fire, and the tires are all under inflated.
Then one day it stops moving and is abandoned by the side of the road.

You've a poor idea of what "collapse" entails.
Places like SA and Rio collapse in the sense that:
1. Nearly all government is corrupt. No government functions work as intended.
2. Being in public is very unsafe for white or otherwise non-black looking people, leading to separate neighborhoods with guards, etc.
3. There are high levels of gang violence, wars for territory or drugs, etc. This does not mean actual warfare like Ukraine or even Syria, they're not capable of that level of ambition and planning. That and governments will usually have some kind of connection to the openly criminal groups. Instead it's more like an ongoing low intensity guerilla war. Ironically this means statistically it's less safe for blacks than for whites, simply on account of how many of them get involved in criminal activity and end up in a ditch.
4. The national identity irreversibly changes with the demographics and the zeitgeist of the masses, and this is a continuous process. So all in all there is no moment of collapse, only a slow decay until it's clear that the country you grew up with no longer exists, itself having been a mere shadow of the country your grandpa knew and so on.

Power I devolving. Zululand is mostly autonomous as is the Xhosa stuff. The protection mafia is tied to tribal and political structures. The city of cape town won't interact with ratepayers unless they sign a waiver exempting the city from national legislation. We don't have an official language. State is mostly defunct.

Something fills the power vacuum. In Zululand tribal structures still control things. Eastern cape is construction mafia and protection rackets allied to the politicians sidelined from the anc some years ago. The cape is completely gangster from the numbers running perlemoen towns to jews like the late mark lipman in the city. The council is gangster working for Muni bond holders. Gauteng is fuck, not even the gangs want that.

Where have you been? Most of the country is collapsed. You can drive for days without seeing a white face. Huge swathes are no go areas for whites. Even Capetown residents get harassed going to the shops.
