You can look at why different races have accomplished what they have based on 3 genetic characteristics: intelligence, creativity, and the need to be part of a tribe.

White people took over the world because they're smart, creative, and have no innate genetic desire to be a part of a tribe or clan.

Asians built medieval civilizations but cannot progress past that without help from whites or jews because they're intelligent and don't have an innate desire to be part of a tribe or clan, but also have no creative.

Blacks/aboriginals/Mexicans can't build a functioning society at all because they're dumb and have an innate need to be part of a tribe, though they are creative.

Native Americans are smart and intelligent, but have been trapped in poverty despite the opportunities presented to them because they have an innate genetic desire to be part of a tribe/clan, and that prevents them from integrating into broader western society.

It's the saddest state of existence possible because they generally understand what they need to do to improve their situation, but feel unnatural when they do it. Asians visualize a "better" world as perfecting the things they already have, rather than looking to new things, while blacks/aboriginals/Mexicans can't understand that the world that the live in can get better at all. Native Americans are trapped knowing that things could get better, and knowing exactly how to go about doing it - they just can't. But voting is one thing that their genetic deficiencies don't affect, which is why they generally vote for candidates that are good at projecting a desire to improve the country as a whole.
