It would literally solve every problem. Every country on Earth should get taxes from foreigners, while possibly having 0% taxes for citizens. The more desirable your country, the more taxes you can ask. Also no socialism.

In order to enter, you have to cross the border. You could make them pay a flat fee, because catching VAT might be difficult. If they want to work in your country, you can make them pay easily. You should make them pay a flat fee incl. for every child that is staying, though.

Make them pay for you, not the other way around. That's the point of having a country! <5% taxes for your own people so everybody gets rich. Not much more is needed without socialism anyway, which can now be paid by foreigners in some cases. There would be way more charity with lower taxes anyway, and there would be less poor people with lower taxes.

If my country implemented this, we'd be the wealthiest country in Europe in 30 years. Richer than Switzerland.
