Isn’t like half of college just women now. Most jobs especially high paying ones require a lot of education. School is literally geared for women.

Women are given capital just for being cute. Women are given jobs because a company owner wants to fuck her. Women are given promotions because the boss likes her. Women are given the comfy admin or reception job because the manager wants to date her. Women are given bartender jobs making tips because the restaurant owner is a dirty old man.

When was the last time you saw a woman who wasn’t a fucking ogre working night shift? When was the last time you saw a woman working the stock room? When was the last time you saw a woman unloading trucks? When was the last time you saw a woman closing the store at midnight? When was the last time you saw a woman collecting shopping carts?

I think it's a combo of a few things
>women develop earlier so they're better at sitting down and doing the work no matter how boring or undignified it is
>all women have a stake in society so they're more motivated to try meanwhile most non-Chad men have no stake in society
>priority for internships, diversity hire position and more lax academic performance standards means it's easier for them to get high paying jobs
>women care more about what people think of them so they're motivated to get ahead of their peers
>women have plot armor because people are more forgiving and accommodating towards them, and if they fail some guy will pick up the pieces anyway
