Not really. The very first written bible wasn't until Marcions solar scripture of Apostle Pauls revelation around 144AD.
Emperor Constantine convened the council of Nicaea in 325 nearly 200 years later and the new jewish approved bible of 66 books including the 39 books of the Torah was ready in 382AD. The addition of revisions and translations by committees has never stopped since then.
