I've caught them doing this so many times. I saw them park so I got to the door at the same time they did and very sternly said GO GET THE PACKAGE.

I paid for a service, I expect to fucking get it. If I have to yell at people on the phone all day every day until I get the package, I will do so. Every second of me yelling at them costs them money for the salary of the person being yelled at, and then the salary of their team lead and supervisors. I make sure it always costs them far, FAR more to do it wrong than to do it right.
