CDC just reported that there is a mini baby boom happening right now because millennials and zoomers are having kids at the same time (sometimes with each other). This is the first year more moms are over the age of 40 than are teenagers. An almost 200% increase since the 90s.

But you don't need stats to see it's happening, just go to any suburb.
