For me I find it difficult to understand social cues, to socialise. I suck at school because the only subject I like is politics (I'm obsessed and can think about it for hours (when I say politics I'm not talking about normie slop, but instead looking at ideologies, different philosophies and theories), literally nothing else. So I would literally have an A+ in politics but Cs and Ds in everything else.

I can walk around in circles for hours without eating or drinking, just thinking about politics (It's my obsession, pretty much every autist has an obsession that they can hyperfocus on) but I can't do 10 minutes of math homework because my brain doesn't allow it. Sitting in a chair and learning things I dislike is painful, I feel restless, I cant sit, I feel a pain in my head, like a clamp becoming tighter. I also feel quite cold, just thinking about doing something I dislike makes me feel cold, like I'm sitting outside in the cold night without clothes.

They were quite strict, I had lots of chores to do. And I dealt with homework, but doing chores and homework was a struggle. Sitting in class was a struggle, I didn't have the opportunity to waste my years away on the internet like a lot of people have now.

I grew up in a rural area, and I would spend a lot of time doing chores. And for me doing a chore isn't a problem, it is whether the chore is boring. If the chore is something like cleaning shit from a hens house, then that is easy to do as I see progress being done. But if its something tedious like having to mop the floors or sweeping or hoovering. Then I absolutely hate it, I also don't like the sound of sweeping and mopping. it hurts my ears.

When it comes to homework, its hard to do already if its boring even if it is straight forward. I struggled doing art homework, not because it was hard, in fact it was easy. But because it was so boring.
