More often than not, it costs me money to join and I don't like being unable to represent myself, I don't want some faceless union with a name to represent my interests. Also these unions CONSTANTLY go on strike action, it's really fucking annoying actually, and somehow they all seem to unionise in vital services: doctors, train drivers, post office etc
and usually it's because they're not being paid 200% of minimum wage and they're also being paid public sector so direct out of tax money (ergo my tax goes up higher to pay for the strike).

I might have a different opinion if there was a purpose behind it all, but I hate funding the commies.
