There have been literal generations of Canadians saying this since boat people started coming over in the '70s. There will always be an entrenched urban elite that continue the rape of Canada just as their forefathers did before them. It doesn't matter if 80% of Canadians start hating immigrants (it is honestly probably pretty close to that now) because the elite doesn't listen to or care about what the vast majority of Canadians think or want. We don't live in a democracy we live in a parliamentary monarchy with a political aristocracy that live in gated communities.

The only thing we can do is hunker down and plan for a future, because the present is totally doomed. That probably means going and buying land and getting your hands on whatever productive resources you can, and protecting it with your life, because as things fall apart they WILL come for you.
