Unless you bake your own bread, it's going to be just as jewified in the stores.
Did you know that maltodextrin is used in practically everything as a filler now? Spikes your blood sugar way more than pure sugar.

When I go to the grocery store, I see plenty of bread that looks like the bread on the left, usually baked in-store. This is even the case for gigajew supermarkets like walmart. It has a bakery that bakes fresh bread every day. Since they're baked and sold daily, they usually don't have the preservatives of the right either.

My bread does go stale in one day.
It's still edible but nowhere as good.
I make toast or croque-monsieur from my one/two day old bread.
Any older I throw out because then it can become moldy (note: even if you can't see mold on the outside yet there can be mold inside!)

Not a big problem though because I cycle to work and pass several bakeries where I can pop in and buy a fresh loaf.

How so? I can go down to Smith's and get the bread on the left for a couple or three bucks. Most the grocery stores in this country either have bakeries or they get shit fresh from one every morning at 5am. I'm not sure where this idea comes from.

Use almond flour. Or better yet, don't be a faggot and just eat it in moderation. After all you can achieve ketosis with 50g or less of net carbs a day and bread has at most 30g-35g. If you plan your meals well, you can still eat bread occasionally.

fortified foods are based, what you don't hear about is how bad some health issues are in europe because the one constant in human existence is people who live off of a handful of staple foods, especially with the rise of autism.
your body does not care how it gets the materials it needs beyond that they're present in the stomach and in a form that can be digest and processed by your body. anything else is nonsense and goes against well established science about what happens when you put food into hydrochloric acid, medical science doesn't even really have to be brought into this, someone with a beaker and some drain cleaner can figure this shit out.

Norway bro, the bread is only one facet of the continuous onslaught of terrible food ingredients added into so many items. Peanut butter is another great example. The brand I buy is peanuts and salt as the ingredients, and its in a glass container. Most every other brand has seed oils and fucking sugar / HFCS added to Peanut butter in plastic. Im telling you its at a 30 to 1 ratio.

it only takes that long for the sour starter to ferment (by itself) and only if you do it old school. there are packed pulver sour dough additives. try bake a bread with a cast iron pot at least once. beside the good results you can achieve it is a nice feeling to be in control of your food. forget about the olive oil. that's a southern thing. oh, and bread boxes never went out of fashion. it's the knowlegde and drive of doing things yourself that has been supressed by the convenience you are forced to prefer. cause job.

choice is though. the only other way is to have the state nanny people even more by taking more choices away. thats not going to teach anyone better habits. having these bad choices is a good opportunity to help people understand more about things. its the longer more complicated way but its the better one because it builds wisdom instead of removing the need for wisdom in making good choices.

I was born at the Queen Elizabeth hospital, my local heroes are Napalm Death; they used to play at The Mermaid before it became a family restaurant.

The Bullring is a Paki infested shithole, Oasis Market is full of tat, fell a long way since the Punk days.

My mum nearly got blown up by the IRA at The Tavern in The Town, missed the nailbomb by ten minutes.

Niggers used to live in Handsworth, Pakis used to live on the Ladypool Road, but they're everywhere now.

And strangely, loads of chinks, but they never bother anybody; I think a lot of them are slaves in weed factories.

You Euro's thinking we don't have good bread available is silly and makes you look dumb, which is typical for a European. You do have a case that Americans do buy and consume the shit type though.

No I mean they probably put some sneed oils in those breads from Kaufland or some other shit for preservation. There are other bakeries that make good breads that go stale in 2-3 days like they are supposed to. I just don't trust those supermarkets, btw they are not made in house I think, they come either frozen (which is not necessarily bad) or in coolers in the morning.

In pastries it's the sugars and eggs and fat that keep it shelf stable - also it's usually eaten the same day.

I wouldn't know anymore, on the weekends you can spot niggers here too.
They don't come flooding in because we don't have money for gibs and law gives them no priviledges, but some strays do find their way in.
Gypsies are what they have always been, filth, but they got more domesticated in the past two decades. I guess they maybe understood that without the white people to build things and make money, they will have nothing to steal. They are still filth regardless.

Russian rye, the 2nd in that pic actually. It uses ground coffee to make it more bitter and darken it (molasses too)

my grandma had a wood fueled baking oven under her house, like - the entire house was build around that fucking oven. She made that huge bread in it, like 0,5x0,5 m lol. She made 10 or more and put it in the cellar. Used to stay fresh for weeks. You have to put cloth on it and away from the sunlight.

Holy, getting huge bites of that huge pieces of bread, topped with all kinds of freshies and a glass of milk, after an entire summer day playing outside with my cousins, best days of my life.

i always buy the exact same bread the guy on left is holding and it costs 3.79โ‚ฌ and it doesnt go stale, if goes hard but still tastes good, like good crackers. meanwhile if you leave toast out it stays moist, cool, then you have to deal with mold. especially with the stupid plastic wrapping in the summer. the packaging says a month until it expires but there is already visible mold on it. if you eat toast you probably eat mold most of the time because it takes a while for mold to become visible.
