Where is that? Because I looked very hard for them and only found decent places in countryside resorts and in some office complexes in the middle of nowhere. I’ve looked into the billionaires row and everything.
The only good neighborhood I found was Malabar (or maharashtra?) Hills in Bombay, and it’s more comfy than developed.
