You can't get a job because every company in America has an HR department run by these brown refrigerators.
How many resumes have you got out? I've put out 96 since February and I'm still underemployed and have only had two interviews and only one automated non-selection email.
The economic crisis is because these DEI hires are gate keeping white men out of industries unless they have specific critical qualifications no one else can supply.
Not to mention 90% of their HR process is now managed by Workday AI as it is, they literally have to be going OUT OF THE WAY to round file resumes at this point.
Get the goblinas out of the fucking HR department and the economy will take off like a fucking rocket.
